Hi!  I look after the admin aspects of running Canis, so when you call us it is usually me that picks up the phone, and if you leave a message it will usually be me that rings you back.  I also run an automated appointment reminder system, so that you get a text or email to remind you of your next appointment date - I enter the details into the system in the week before you are due to come to us, so if you change your phone number or email address, then please let me know so that we can ensure that you get your reminder.  I am also the first person that you will meet when you arrive at Canis if you have a morning appointment.

I am also the invigilator for students taking their exams at Canis, either Evolve, or practical exams for 7763-03 or the higher diploma.  I hold First Aid Certificates for dogs and people:   I trained with Sophie Bell, MRCVS, of Animal Love to achieve my pet first aid certificate.
